Opst wait.. the only carbonated drinks that I like is Coke, Vanila Coke and Pepsi. Others, not so much. Although I try to refrain myself drinking those drinks at all. My family has a history of diabetes. So, we try our best to control the sugar level in the body :):)
BCD - My dad has diabetes. But it usually cross gene right? Like X to Y and Y to X. No?

I usually drink a lot of plain water every time I drink something sugary to neutralize the sugar in my body.
My dad has lost his toe.

Coke is the worse in term of sugar content if I'm not mistaken.

But, don't afraid to taste the life now... diabetes will occur to the people with diabetes gene... Eventhough he/she control the sugar intake... but, worstly if our energy is less by less intakeof sugar...

Try to drink soft drink everyday for a month or two. You will be surprise :)
