Worm project.
Still remember I wrote about worm project before? Click here to read more about it.
It’s sad to read an article here.
I’ve been trying to get my money back since January last year, but until today, I haven’t gotten any single cent.
Suituapui was right. It’s a scam but little hope is the company who is in charge for their account still exist and managing some other companies as well.
So, I’ve been doing since last year is to call them (Encik Azman and a lady just wanted to be known as Madam) every month. Recently, they ignore my call (actually mom called them instead of me since she deals with them from the beginning, it’s easier).
On 16/3/2010 I wrote a complaint to KPDN and NCCC. I hope I will get a feedback soon and can get my money back.
Amount: RM7,200.
Yes, I know. It’s a big amount of money.
God, help me.

KL shares to continue correction mode
Malaysian shares are expected to continue to be in the correction mode, especially with investors seeking a safe haven in the US dollar following weak European equities.
An analyst said the market had been drifting to form its base and would likely carry on the trend and trade around the current range.
For the week just ended, the benchmark FBM Kuala Lumpur Composite Index shed 41.29 points to 1,259.16 from last week's 1,300.45.
"There appears to be a flight to safe haven because the European market is becoming uncertain and this may affect the market. I see the dollar strengthening more," the analyst said.
He said that with 1,248 being a strong support level, the market just drifted on Friday to form a base. "It will continue to drift in the coming weeks, but prices will not crash," he added. He put the lower resistance at 1,255.
This week, in line with regional bourses, the local market saw a down trend with heavyweights, especially banking counters, taking a beating.
This was due to China's monetary policy tightening coupled with the proposal by the Obama administration to limit risk-taking by banks in the United States.
Locally, Bank Negara Malaysia kept the overnight policy rate at two per cent but hints of a possible review to avoid financial imbalances, had affected the banking stocks heavily.
There is speculation that interest rates will increase in the second quarter, causing costs to go up and affecting borrowing.
This week, the Finance Index dipped 336.7 points to 11,078.79 from 11,415.49, the Plantation Index fell 251.59 points to 6,188.13 from 6,439.72 and the Industrial Index was 114.86 points lower at 2,586.04 from 2,700.9.
The FBM Emas Index dropped 266.0 points to 8,484.0, the FBM Top 100 Index decreased 261.54 points to 8,249.32 and FBM ACE Index declined 113.38 points to 4,381.83.
Total turnover slipped to 5.23 billion shares worth RM7.66 billion from 5.927 billion shares worth RM7.437 billion a week earlier.
Volume on the main market dropped to 4.14 billion units valued at RM7.5 billion from last week''s 4.838 billion units valued at RM7.188 billion.
Call warrants went down to 193.12 million units worth RM37.04 million from 284.809 million units worth RM55.089 million.
The ACE Market volume fell to 558.8 million units valued at RM93.18 million from 748.839 million units valued at RM165.66 million. – BERNAMA
Note: Still a bad news.
Ringgit may break 3.38 resistance level
The ringgit is expected to rise against US dollar next week with Asian currencies lending support on positive economic signs in the region, dealers said.
"The ringgit will be well supported at the 3.40 level next week," said one of the dealers, who added that the ringgit may break the resistance level of 3.38 next week.
However, the dealer said that the fundamentals were still weak in the absence of strong leads.
"Any unfavourable news in the United States will downgrade the greenback's value in overseas markets, hence the ringgit is likely to ride on this weakness," he said.
Another dealer said the US Commerce Department will release its fourth-quarter gross domestic product (GDP) data on Friday and negative numbers will encourage investors to take positions on the US dollar.
He did not rule out the possibility of strong buying of US dollars if the data comes in much weaker than expected as most investors preferred to keep the greenback as a "safe haven" during economic crisis.
The local market will be closed on Monday for the Federal Territory Day public holiday.
On a week-to-week basis, the ringgit depreciated against the US dollar to 3.4060/4110 from 3.3940/3990 recorded last Friday.
The local currency declined against the Singapore dollar at 2.4256/4319 from 2.4203/4260 last Friday and was also weaker against the Japanese yen at 3.7748/7820 from 3.7586/7658 previously.
The ringgit, however, strengthened against the euro at 4.7602/7679 from 4.7978/8055 last Friday and also against the British pound at 5.5078/5173 from 5.5183/5281 previously. – BERNAMA
The Malaysian growth was not accidental. It was a result of the policies of the Government and the management of the economy and finances. National savings at 40% plus was the highest in the world and the reserves could sustain 4½ months of retained imports. The Ringgit was strong and steady - being valued at about... 2.5 to 1 USD for most of the time. - Tun Mahathir -
Note: This is a bad news.

Old Town White Coffee is not halal issue again? Duh!
I got this via email:
Aslmkum…
Fikir-fikir lah..Salam
1. WHITE COFFEE OLDTOWN Kopitam,
2. NEWTOWN Kopitam
3. WHITE HOUSE Kopitam
4. PAK HAINAN Kopitiam
5. JOM BALI Kopitiam
adalah ‘TIDAK HALAL’.
Done.
These are what I think:
- Is this a true story? If yes, why the writer didn’t write a complain letter to the local newspaper which can help others instead of sending email and hoping that this email will be the longest chain mail ever?
- If it’s not halal as stated, why apply for franchise? Now blame the authority? Weirdo.
To me it’s simple. Those franchises or products that got halal logo on them, it will never be a problem to me. I got a pretty similar email before which claimed that Colgate and Kentucky Fried Chicken were not halal. Colgate -- because it’s content. Kentucky Fried Chicken -- because of the curiosity whether the slaughtering process has been done in proper religion way.
One of the ustazs (clerics) answered – leave those things to the authority as when you probe too much about it; you can’t eat or use the product at all. So, why don’t you leave that to the authority and do your things instead of being nosy and ustaz wanna be?
Some peoples have too much free time but never use it for some benefits.

Agrofert Manucfacturing Sdn Bhd - Worm Fertilizer

Suppose I write about this last night (which for me its still at night as there is no sun now :P) but I was busy transfering money to this and that account (not mine :P), some calculation and discussion with mom and dad.
Ok, I couldn't sleep early last night (same went for the whole week) with coughing and itchy throat. So, I slept quite late. After took the coughing syrup, I chatted with Achik and Diana (my ex college mate) in Skype but then I was too tired to sit on the chair and took the laptop to my bed. End up, I kept falling asleep! I was nearly drop my laptop on the floor. I decided to say goodbye and went to sleep. It was about 3am? Roughly.
Like 10am in the morning mom knocked my door. I was half awaked. Open my door and mom told me dad wanna go to the talk. I was like "What???". Murmured to myself "Oh mom, you should tell me earlier!".
I didn't want to argue. Remember business opportunity really can't be missed and sleep never important (I know its important, but hey how many hours we sleep and how many hours we work to achieve our goal? Do the math).
Drank my morning sky juice. Toilet and quick shower.
Great. I had to iron my shirt as wrinkles were everywhere. Quick ironing. Then CK Eternity on me (lucky I only have 2 bottles of perfume left at home as I always have a hard time to choose, at least now only between Eternity and JPG) and out of the house.
We reached Cititel around 11.15am and did the registration. When we went in, I was curious. I thought it suppose to be a talk? But the tables were arranged like you are having an interview or applying bank loans. Lol. Oh, ok its not the talk but its more like a meeting. Ok, not bad tho. At least they can focus on us, questioning and answering session.
After few hours (6 hours to be exact?), my mom and I joined. Yes of course with some considerations and a lot of discussions between me, dad and mom.
After signing agreement and did the payment, we drove out of the hotel and seeking for foods! We were starving. Remember no breakfast (I ate 2 slices of bread with marmalade) and lunch. I took my parent to Hameed Soup. Dad and mom with ox tail soup and me with vein soup. Lol I know sound weird, but you better try! Then dad ate the nasi lemak. I ordered beef murtabak to share with dad and mom. The foods were yummy :P
Lets pray the project will be a great success ;) A good beginning for 2009 I hope.

Financial Problem Free
Yes I’m talking about money again and again. I never say that money is the root of happiness but without money can you get happiness? If yes, prove to me please?I see my environment. I see my work place. I see my family. I see my blogger. I see friend. I see colleague. It is the same problem – money. Even though it is not about the whole community but it’s about 90% of the community facing the same problem called financial problem. Why I choose this title instead of Financial Freedom? Financial Freedom is different. Financial Freedom is when you are not afraid of losing job or not working where money works for you. Let say you have so many houses and the rental income give you a positive cash flow, when you losing your job you still alive and can survive with the income you get from rental. Get what I mean?
When we say financial problem, a lot of people get it wrong. Many people think if you are rich you are out of the financial problem circle. The answer is wrong. Doesn’t matter how much money you earn, but if you are a big spender you will face the same problem like any others too.
Here I want to discuss about this thing with you. Exchange ideas and tips too if possible.
1. Live below our mean
How many of you live below your mean? Live below your mean here means that you do not spend based on how much you earn or you can afford. Let say you earn RM1,000 monthly. You are not suppose to use up the whole RM1,000 without put aside some saving and investment. Investment here does not mean those investments like stock and others; you can simply put some amount of your money in ASB or ASN for your future. Remember, to be a financial problem free… you must at least have saving of 6 months of your salary. So it’s good for our rainy days. You never know something might happen and you have zero amount of money in your bank! I see most people in Malaysia use up all money and wait for the next salary money. What if all in sudden you fall sick and need some amount of money? What you can do? Borrow from the bank as personal loan? Borrow from family? Borrow from a friend? What if they are facing the same problem like you too and the bank just simply doesn’t approve your loan application? You’re dead my friend. So, try to reduce your monthly expenditure by write down your budget in a log book starting with the money you earn as your debit and money that your spend as your credit. Using a log book as your budget plan is the best way to see your cash flow. I know you can’t do it drastically but you can reduce it slowly. When you want to buy some things, put them in a list on a piece of paper and decide whether it’s necessary or necessity. Buy only necessary thing. There is no such thing as you have to pamper yourself after a hard work. Remember, when you have enough money and saving… you can enjoy yourself more without worrying at night before sleep that something bad might happen or it’s your down side of a life wheel. Do this and you will see your life is bright.2. Do not use credit card
This is another thing that I always mention to my family and my friends. Credit card is the method for you to bring more debt into your life. It’s simple, don’t buy if you can’t afford. If you can afford why use credit card? Pay cash. Actually, I can’t say that using credit card is a bad thing to do. Only those who are discipline can use it. This does not mean you use credit card and waiting for the end of the month to pay the debt. You need to be honest to yourself and pay the amount that you spent last week in this week. That mean by spending your credit this week, you must be sure that you can pay the amount next week. By doing this, you already put aside some amount of money for credit card. Some of my friends feel weird that I never use credit card. I know bring some big amount of money is risky but I just simply don’t use credit card. The least I can do is to make debit card. You know what is debit card don’t you? It’s exactly like prepaid system for your cell phone. You pay before use. It’s safe and you don’t have to worry about any payment in the end of the month. Warren Buffet, the richest man on earth never use credit card. Why do you think you need it anyway? I was bad to my mom by breaking all her credit cards into pieces and left one for the petrol usage only. Actually I love her so much and I want her to be financial free when she retires. I don’t have certification on finance but I could help you with some advice on how you can save some money and have a financial problem free life.3. Buy asset instead of liability
I see many Malaysian are crazy of car. Even some of my friends and colleagues prefer to buy a car rather than a house. Weird isn’t it? It’s totally weird. Remember, houses never depreciate and if it happens you can count by fingers. What about liability? Let’s take good example – a car. You buy a car this year and you want to sell it next year, do you think the price will gain and you get some profit? No, you don’t. But house will gain money and profit for you. It’s ok for you to buy a car after you already own a house. I know car is important in our life since there is no good public transports network. So, car is the safest vehicle at this moment. I was so shock when I found out my colleague changed her mind from buying a house with me and bought a car. I did advise her but she still stick to her own choice, buying a car. I hope she won’t regret with her decision since I know the price for house in Malaysia will increase more very soon. Oh by the way… do you know that sometimes liability can turn into asset when they make money for you. Let me give some examples for you. Let say you buy a car and you turn that car into a taxi, this car make money for you. So, it becomes your asset now. Another example is you buy a laptop for your business purpose. The laptop is not an asset anymore even though the price won’t gain any money when you sell but it already gives you some amount of money for your business by using it. These are good liabilities. Many people buying a house for rent using their own preference such as spacious and beautiful marbles. That is ok if you buy a house for you to live but it’s otherwise if you buy a house to rent. The location and the rental price are the only thing you need to consider before buying a house for rent. I see some mistakes made by some of my colleagues and friends. I shut my mouth for not being nosy. But if they ask my opinion, I have a bunch of them to share. I’m not a genius in this real estate business but I read a lot about it and exchange ideas with some friends who are already involved in this business for 10 years or more.4. Diversify
To diversify you need to be creative. You need to work hard in order to be free financial problem unless you have great deal of salary. Work hard in here does not mean you have to work hard for your company. For many companies, do they pay you extra if you work hard for them? I know some companies do but can be counted by fingers. Your company gain profit but you gain nothing. Work hard here means you cannot be lazy. I like this quote:“Laziness travels so slowly that poverty soon overtakes him.” –Benjamin Franklin-
I know many people out there want more income but how hard have they tried? Planning this and that without doing it is just a waste of time. It’s like daydreaming of you becoming a prince and when you are awake, you are just an average person who has nothing special but debt around. To get more income, you need to work hard (unless you are IT genius and you gain money by online business, but how many people can do it?). You need to diversify. Let say, you work from 8am-5pm. What can you do after work? You can bake some pizza and sell or simply on your laptop and build a website for people. Both make money. Both give you extra income. The more creative you are… the more income you get.
5. Business
Remember, you can’t be rich by working to a company or get highest qualification. The key is business. Do you think all people who own a private jet working with people? Do you think the richest man on earth work with people’s company? Do you think people that drive BMW and Mercedes normally those who work with people’s company? Some yes… but most people don’t. They own a company and they run business. The more business you are involved, the more income you get. To get or own more business you need to be creative like the 4th tip. Like me, yes I work with people and I do my part to save money for my rainy days and yes I will end up quitting with my job now and own a business. That is my promise to my body and soul. I keep praying to God and I hope I will be blessed.

real estate seminar
This morning I attended a real estate seminar held at Vistana Hotel by AssetFirst. It started at 11am. Around 10.30am I fetched Joseph [he was the one told me about this seminar] and straight drove there. Reached there, around 20 peoples were there. Breakfast was provided but I didn’t know. Lol. Nevermind I ate bread and butter earlier.
Around 11.15am the seminar started [ah any Asian ever punctual?]. It was a great start with a hand-full of soil and little green plant. Yes, it’s abstract which you could assume about real estate investment.
Now, I understand how it works for one person to own so many houses. Your name won’t be written on the S&P but the TRUSTEE. So, it’s like you and some other thousands people invest on 1 property which give you opportunity to buy more properties. They have a system and I bet some other groups have started this earlier. The more you invest the more nett profit you gain. They have few schemes and you have options depending on your budget.
The thing is I've bought a house and to let it go is like to throw RM1,200.00 to the rubbish bin. Yes, I have paid the S&P and the booking. I’ll surely join but not at this very short time. For some reasons I've some plans to get done too. Now as you can see, everything is about money. Some says “No money, no talk”?

kindergarten discussion
Drove to fetch Nadia at Pulau Tikus. We went to Prangin Mall. Searched for mouse and after went in few shops, I bought a ladybird [kind of bug] shape -- RM29.00. Yesh! I can go online later. Lol.
Then we searched for Heroes dvd that I've been craving for ages. Season 1 for RM30.00 and Season 2 for RM14.00 [not yet complete for Season 2]. I decided not to buy. Why? This was how the phone conversation went:
Faisal : Oi Amir! Asal dvd Season 1 RM30.00? Ko cakap RM15.00 je?
Amir : Ko tengok dekat mana?
Faisal : Prangin Mall
Amir : Ah! Takyah ar. Batu Feringghi lagi murah beb!
Faisal : Ah! Sedih betol. Nanti ko pegi
Amir : Ok.
Hmm, it was lunch time. We had few choices.
- Mc Donalds
Nadia : Ah! Dan… Mc D boring lah
Me : Ok.
- Steamboat
Me : Nad, is it halal?
Nadia : Er, I don’t think so *laff*
- Sushi King
Both : Ok!
Cold green tea for both. Nad ordered chicken set [don’t know what they called it] and me with “All Fry” [tempura set – fish, prawn, sweet potato, brinjal, vege together, egg pudding and seaweed soup]. Also I took a plate of deep fried prawn sushi with sashimi. Burp! I was damn full.
Ok. We need a walk. We went to Popular Bookstore since Nadia wanted to buy some books [she teaches a tuition class] and I wanted to show her some Azizi Ali’s books. I found some interesting book in finance and blogging but forget it. No budget. Next time maybe…
We went to Starbucks. Nadia with Frappucino Caramel and me with plain Cappucino. We discussed about kindergarten. She showed me all documents that she brought regarding kindergarten which we plan to open.
Drove home around 7pm. I really hope that we will have a successful business. Insyaallah…

great vacation
Ok, back to the topic… my great vacation in 2008. I didn’t expect it'd be a great vacation since I've been to Muar and also Malacca. I watched a program on TV called 360 degrees and it attracted my eyes regarding Morten Village -- it’s about Portuguese village full of culture, foods and life style which I like to know and interesting. So, ok… and the journey begun… [Remember we drove 2 cars]
7/2/2008 - Thursday morning, we woke up early. As early as we get up to work! Haha. I don’t mind… really. We moved around 8am. We stopped for late breakfast at Sungai Perak. It was almost noon, so we ate like 2 in 1 meal. We chose rice. What special about this Rest and Refreshment [R&R] stop? Hehe we could find 2 restaurants selling Ikan Patin. What is it? It’s a river fish. I didn’t like it that much, lol. Enough to say that I'm happy that I tried it once! Experience tells… =P
The journey was long and when we almost reach Malacca, the bad traffic started which annoyed me a lot! Imagine… we reached Malacca around 5.30pm! Scroll up and read what time we started journey. Reached there I ran to bed and take a nap. Around 8pm, mom woke me up. Parent and I drove to Muar to fetch my aunt. 2 hours drive to get there. So, go and back took us 4 hours. Aunt took us dinner at Muar. Nurul, Dayah, Hadi and Sharol didn’t go to Muar since Sharol was tired and fell asleep soundly. They ate dinner around the hotel then. I reached hotel around 2am, shower and food and slept around 3am!
8/2/2008 - Next day, woke up a little late… around 9am. Parent and aunt bought breakfast. So, I didn’t need to hurry for breakfast. We got ready as slow as snail and drove to town for Asam Pedas Melaka. Aunt took us to one of the best. But we were shock with the price though -- 2 Jenahak fish head curry [half only for each], 8 pieces of chicken, few slices of squids, white rice for 9 plates, some Cucur Udang and vegetables cost about RM96.00. Ouch! Then, we drove to find Morten Village [scroll up and read what it’s about]. 2 rounds in the jam city was really pain in the ass. We couldn’t find it and changed plan go to the seaside and eat mix fruit rojak. When we were driving to the hotel, friend told me Morten Village moved to another part of Malacca. Gees! As soon as we reach hotel, everybody were tired and took a rest. Nothing special at night but boring dinner that sisters and bro in law bought. Right after 12, mom was the 1st person wish me birthday when I went out of the shower followed by my aunt and daddy.
9/2/2008 – I got many sms and calls from friends and relatives regarding my birthday and yes kind of disappointed with some friends that didn’t even remember my birthday. Especially those who are close to me and I never miss their birthday. Nevermind… life never fair… =) We planned to go to hottest place in Malacca now call Famosa Resort. It has 3 nice spots like Water Theme Park, Safari and Cowboy Town. Since we don’t want to waste time in the water theme park [yes we don’t have enough time], we just simply chose safari. Never a wrong choice though, it was so cool! We had great time together with whole family. It has been so long we went for vacation together. We left safari around 7pm and drove to Muar. Yes, we had book tables at Pelangi Hotel restaurant. As soon as we reached our hotel [Muar Traders Center], we showered and got ready. We were late! Kak Ana, Jojie and nenek joined the dinner too. Haha! It was my birthday celebration. Yes no cake, but great foods. I ate some prawns and lovely bean curds. Burp! Was so full haha!
10/2/2008 – We suppose to go back today but we were all exhausted. So after we discussed, the result was we stay for 1 more night. We ate some puff at Secret Recipe and lunch at the place aunt took us on the 1st day we fetched her. It was the same menu -- Asam Pedas hehe my favourite. We went to Tomyam restaurant for dinner. One of the best in town -- that was what my aunt told me haha! But the foods were awesome, really. Oh yea, also… bad news on that night, Man Utd lose to Man City by 2-1. No mood to elaborate!
11/2/2008 – We got free breakfast. Buffet at the hotel. Yay~! This was the best part… the foods there were delicious. It was a fun breakfast full with laugh and joy. We packed and checked out at 1pm. We drove to my aunt place and ate lunch there. Then played Counter Strike at our cc. Hehe… first time I used my own pc that I put there for playing games. Thanks aunt for giving me opportunity involve in this cc biz. Around 4pm, we drove back to Penang. We reached home around 3am. Duh! I was so tired but it was a great start of 2008!

sunday
This is Patrick, if you know Sponge Bob then you have an idea about what it is. How cute?
Today I have a sad news which kinda make me shock. A friend of mine who I just met few days ago, is sick. I mean very sick. Brain cancer... yes so sad to hear. Doctor gave her 6 months and believe it or not she has 2 months left. I feel so sad and I won't reveal her identity till her last breath. She is strong and happy. God, please give her more time =(
Quote of the day : "When God takes something from your grasp, He's not punishing you, but merely opening your hands to receive something better"
Special thanks : Thanks mama [my aunt in Muar] for sharing your RM5 credit to my cell. Hehe officially using prepaid starting 31st January 2008.
1st saturday in february

War finished at 9pm and I ate some fried rice that we bought earlier on. When and where? The place we ate Mee Kuah lah! Lol. Then, watching tv with mom and sis. 11pm, soccer -- Spurs vs Man Utd. Bad game. Why? Almost lose and it ended with a draw. Damn it! Then I came to pc just to bitch about soccer and ragnarok, Zoid aka Azmi pm me via ym "Dude! Let's MVP!!!" Haha. It was about 3am. I joined them since the id that I reloaded still got credit. It was fun tho. Long time I didn't have a good time MVP like this. It was loooonggg time ago. MVP was one thing and playing High Priest MVP-ing is another thing huhu.
Finished around 5am, posted some screenshots and ran to bed. Too sleepy already.Ah ok, enuff about yesterday. Why I write this today? I'm tired and bored. o.O
