IMG_2783

Met my best friend 2 weeks ago when he came back hometown from Sarawak. We have been knowing each other since I was 8. I really hope he can move back to Penang, teaching at any school here.

Let’s pray!

Do you have best friend?

What I bought in Terengganu?

Still remember I went to Terengganu for squid jigging? Read here.

We surely buy something back as souvenir doesn’t matter clothes, key chain or even foods. I think, you can guess what type of souvenir I bought :)

Let see what did I buy…

IMG_2757 Guess what?

IMG_2761 (edit) Turtle’s egg!

Since it was school holiday, I already expected that the price will be more expensive than usual. I bought 10 eggs for RM32! But let me tell you, it’s worth for money! :)

Have you tried these two signature foods from Terengganu?

Cik Wanie and Mama in Penang

Yesterday I met Cik Wanie and Mama in Penang. She came here to fetch her uncle at the airport at 11pm. Her uncle already booked the hotel for him and his family at Berjaya Hotel. Wanie and Mama chose to stay there as it’d be easier for both of them to move around the next day.
Plan changed unexpectedly. I suppose to meet her somewhere near my office but then because of the bad traffic and flood, I couldn’t go to work. Keith worked half day, so he fetched me to meet Wanie and Mama in front of QueensBay Mall. We took both of them to Pen Mutiara since it was still raining.

Right after lunch, we went to Berjaya Hotel for check-in. I’d say the hotel was so so but pricey.

Enough cam whoring. Then, we went to QueensBay Mall. She wanted to buy DKNY perfume, donut and yogurt at JCO and chair massage. The road was busy as usual since it was Monday!
(Sorry readers, I didn’t bring along my camera… so no pictures in the mall).
Then, we went to Nurul Ikan Bakar for dinner!

The dinner was great… and I enjoyed the night so much. Thanks to Azim who managed to join us for dinner even though he was busy.
Life is short, enjoy :)
