What did you eat for breakfast?

What did you eat for your breakfast mate? :)

I’ve eaten brunch instead of breakfast right after my 300 situps. Do not wonder why I have so much free time. I am now on leave since last Tuesday until April 30. Preparation for my final exam.

These were what I ate:

bread

They look healthy right? :)

  3. wow...300 situps. I don't think I can do more 10. Maybe if I force myself to..haha.

    I had glutinuous rice for breakfast this morning. Usually not recommended as it's hard to digest but just felt like eating this morning.

  7. mei teng - usually i will eat something heavy in the morning or lunch but very light at night.

    but sometimes, when i read any flogger blog i can't fight the temptation :(

    i'm getting older and need to really take care of what i eat and enough exercise :)

  14. I can only do 20 because I really don't wanna waste too much effort in it. Haha! But I still want some of that abs, they look good on girls too! Not the 6-pack ones. Haha!

    Looks like you bought the food from a store? Or did you make them yourself?

  17. hehe..sedapnya..lama x mkn yg no2 tu..btw my breakfast tiap² ari ialah...1 slice of bread with butter or 1 cup of cornflakes+skim milk..:p...u pun jgn ambik heavy food selalu sgt in da morning ya..coz it may hurm ur stomach k...
