eating comedian

Don’t ask me about the post for last week vacation. I don’t have much time to write about it yet.

Today I felt very sleepy maybe because I slept at 2am. When I play badminton, I’d forget about time. Forget about it at all. It makes me feel relief. It makes me feel happy. It makes me release my stress and great satisfaction. I play twice or maybe 3 times a week. Good for my health, good for my shape.

Nothing much for tonight, I was writing about the vacation then Nad buzzed me in YM. Talked about work and more likely screaming out my unsatisfied heart towards my office, the environment. Sucks. Big time! (Keyword: Sucks)

Then she went to bed and I went to toilet. It was 12 o'clock. As usual I took a book with me. To accompany me.

I just want to share a joke with you.

Didn't I tell you? Playing badminton till midnight...sure you will not be able to sleep after that!

And to share one that I know:

Hahaha, humorous quote! :P I used to play Badminton too. Like, 2 or 3 years ago LOL. I stopped because I always sleep very late until I have no more energy to play the next morning.

Saya tak pandai main badminton mcm hang, tapi saya suka tengok org main badminton and berangan-angan nak jadi mcm dia orang. Tapi sekadar angan-angan je. XD

Ah, no worry. Just buy a racket and start playing. You'll learn the basic rule and how to play in no time :) It's simple and I've been playing badminton since I was :)

Trust me, it's fun!

Teja - Life is good but work place sucks. Tak perlu kot nak terang in detail haha!

Cahaya - I know some peoples who love their job and would die for the job. I wonder what happen if one day because of the economy downturn, they got fired? :)

If you need to eat a comedian I hope it's not Jackie Chan :P

Nabil - Yes. Maybe when I start my study, I've to play less. Right now, let's enjoy :)

Half - You should continue playing. It's fun and it's healthy. It burns lots of calories and the most important thing is it gives you satisfaction :)

Btw, 2 or 3 years ago is long enough LOL.

Masni - Maybe need to move to somewhere better? I don't know... most government company has less work but bad environment. Backstabber is everywhere!

Not supposed to exercise few hours before bedtime, otherwise difficult to fall asleep.

But for me, it works differently, If exercise before bedtime, will sleep like a log! Haha!

The joke is damn funny! From Nicholas Sparks book? I have his book and haven't find the time to read it yet.

I actually don't want to burn them calories that fast! I actually need 'em! As you know, I'm pretty skinny but like I wrote in my blog, I'm gonna try to gain more weight.

Foong - Yes I'm pretty busy to read it all at once. So, I read few pages a day.

I always have a hard time to sleep after doing sport hehe.

Cahaya - No idea who is he. I only know "real stars" and I never fancy a comedian LOL. So, maybe if I'm a cannibal... I'll just put the comedian meat aside.

Bard - Badminton is my specialty. Others I can play but not as good as badminton. I can play volley ball, bowling, handball, soccer, water polo, takraw, tennis, table tennis etc.

Half - I used to worry a lot bout my underweight. After a while, I thank God that I've high metabolism! :D

Well, what do you eat anyway? Do you sleep a lot? I know drinking water and doing some exercise will balance the body weight but do give tips hahaha!

i dont play badminton, but i've started using the stairs instead of the lift for a change xD
i never have enough stamina! haha

Half - To gain weight I eat a lot and often. That's the tip. I also realize that by drinking a lot of water and do some exercise will help you get the right weight. Now, I'm polishing my abs since many people really admire 6 packs :P

Adila - Haha! Stamina can be gained by doing it regularly. Have you?

That's what I always do! I eat a lot, 5-6 times a day! But maybe that's because most of the food I eat are not so nutritious hahaha! I don't eat vegetables much. I like Fruits but I rarely get 'em.

Good luck with your 6 packs hahaha!
