As you mentioned before, fresh graduates are eager to learn new things, open up to new ideas and have the drive to do so as their career path has just begun. However, the oldies are invaluable too as they had those experiences that could only be learned by times.

A great company should always has a balance of old and young working capital :)Bluecrystaldudehttp://hot-shit-form.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19737501.post-52677907121489333332010-02-12T11:33:06.235+08:002010-02-12T11:33:06.235+08:00sheng loong - nope :) that's why i know the sc...sheng loong - nope :) that's why i know the scenario, exactly.Faisal Admarhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10670555138520564356noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19737501.post-1424884781280464662010-02-12T11:32:18.867+08:002010-02-12T11:32:18.867+08:00kniedaz - agree with you. politic is boring and ti...kniedaz - agree with you. politic is boring and tiring. the same matter repeat again and again, not to mention their hobby to bash each other, in media and also parliament.

do you realize that, when important incident occur, another sub incident which isn't related to politic will all in sudden appear? weird, isn't it?

most of old peoples that i know, they are not willing to learn new things and some even claim, "the more you know, the more work you have to do".

this is insane right?Faisal Admarhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10670555138520564356noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19737501.post-41576830869173791982010-02-11T20:42:39.904+08:002010-02-11T20:42:39.904+08:00i thought u r working in private sector? quite tru...i thought u r working in private sector? quite true...lolSu Sheng Loonghttp://www.sushengloong.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19737501.post-38769985331953519292010-02-11T19:04:06.629+08:002010-02-11T19:04:06.629+08:00exchanging knowledge with experience is a good way...exchanging knowledge with experience is a good way, (in this matter) but as long as they are not willing to learn, then there's no point to do so..

again, im tired of hearing and thinking about political issues in Malaysia..they just wont quit pestering each other...huhuKniedazhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07236107096982568037noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19737501.post-6496145547000863622010-02-11T15:38:27.952+08:002010-02-11T15:38:27.952+08:00sheng loong - haha there is never too young to com...sheng loong - haha there is never too young to comment. we have our freedom of speech (eh does it apply in malaysia??).

you should try working in government sector. then, maybe you can write a better complain than me! :DFaisal Admarhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10670555138520564356noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19737501.post-13565531112756331282010-02-11T15:16:22.992+08:002010-02-11T15:16:22.992+08:00Years of experience are the only advantage the old...Years of experience are the only advantage the old staff have over fresh graduates I think.
